Privacy policy

* Membership entitles the member to specific yoga sessions based on the membership package purchased. These sessions must be used during the membership period.

* By enrolling with us, members agree to share their contact number and email ID to receive communications from Priya Yoga Studio in the form of SMS, WhatsApp messages, newsletters and phone calls.

* Rs. 2000/- (inclusive of taxes) Transfer of membership is applicable from member to non-member on payment of transfer fee. Member to member transfer is not allowed.

* Membership fee once paid cannot be canceled or refunded.

* Session will be 1 hour members are requested to report 10 minutes before the session time.

*Any subscription expiration date is always the last day and last session of the subscription period.

* Priya Yoga Studio reserves the right to change instructors, schedule and schedule as we see fit. Members can choose their preferences, however, the final decision rests with the management.

* Members are entitled to proportionate extension of membership period in case of any lockdown imposed by local authorities.

* Subscription fee must be paid in advance. Membership starts when Priya Yoga Studio receives the membership fee from the member.

* Although all reasonable care will be taken by the instructors, Priya Yoga Studio is not responsible for any injury/damage caused during the yoga session.

* Any workshops conducted by Priya Yoga Studio during the membership terms will be paid workshops and will be optional for the member.
